1. General Services
- IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. is a stock corporation duly registered and existing under the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
- The company is primarily engaged in providing a website directory for artificial intelligence companies worldwide. Specifically, AI-IDCN.network is designed to assist artificial intelligence customers in searching, finding, comparing, and also selecting AI vendors for potential project collaboration. Our website is designed to promote all paying AI companies to be promoted worldwide, and to allow for further reach outside of their given territory.

2. Acceptance
- By registering for membership for the services of IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed with the Terms of Use.
- You further agree to the representations made by yourself as indicated below. Please discontinue using the service if you do not agree to or fall within the Terms of Use, as stated herein.
3. Amendments to Terms of Use
The Company reserves the right to modify, vary and change the Terms of Use or its policies relating to it at any time as it deems fit. Such modifications, variations and or changes to the Terms of Use or its policies shall be effective upon the posting of an updated version at www.AI-IDCN.network
4. Use, Representations, and Warranties.
- By using the Service, you expressly represent and warrant that you are legally entitled to accept and agree to the Terms of Use. By using the Service, you further represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Service and to abide by the Terms of Use. You further confirm that all the information which you provide shall be true and accurate. Your use of the Service is for your own sole and personal use. When using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws whether in your home nation or otherwise in the country, state and city in which you are present while using the Service.
- By using the Service, you agree that:
- (i) You will only use the Service for lawful purposes and for the purpose for which it is intended to be used;
- (ii) You will not use the website for illegal purposes or for purposes other than obtaining the Service;
- (iii) You shall not intentionally or unintentionally cause or attempt to cause damage to any third party;
- (iv) You will not disrupt access to the Company’s website, modify the website, use it to transmit computer viruses, hacking attacks, computer worms, etc. or commit activities that may be found to be a crime;
- (v) You will not copy, or distribute this site’s content without written permission from the Company, not impersonate Company or any person or entity or falsely misrepresent your affiliation with Company, or with third parties;
- (vi) You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as required for the Service and undertake the responsibility to maintain and update your information in a timely manner to keep it accurate, current and complete at all times. You agree that the Company may rely on your information as accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that if your information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, the Company has the right but not the obligation to terminate its Service and your use of the Service at any time with or without notice;
- (vii) You agree that the Service is provided on a reasonable effort basis; and
- (viii) You agree that your use of the Service will be subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy as may be amended from time to time; and
- (ix) You agree to assume full responsibility and liability for all loss or damage suffered by yourself, the Company or any third party as a result of any breach of the Terms of Use.
5. Privacy Policy, Data Collection, Storage, Personal Data Protection.
- IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to collect anonymized information about your usage of our services. This includes but is not limited to location data, usage patterns, cookies, and information typed into fields. You consent that data gathered from or submitted by you can be used by IDCN Network Pte. Ltd.for improving its services and commercial purposes. Any information that we collect is anonymized and does not include personally identifying information.
- You agree and consent to the Company using and processing your Personal Data for the Purposes and in the manner as identified hereunder.
- For the purposes of this Agreement, “Personal Data” means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but not limited to your name, gender, date of birth, and email address.
- The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the Company your Personal Data, your request for the Service may be incomplete and the Company will not be able to process your Personal Data for the Purposes outlined below and may cause the Company to be unable to allow you to use the Service.
- By submitting your information to the Company, you consent to the use of that information.
6. Intellectual Property and Ownership.
- All information, content, designs, branding, methods, and features displayed in our website are the copyright and intellectual property of IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. unless otherwise noted.
- You may not collect, save, copy, reshare, publish, or reuse any of this copyrighted material, in original or in modified form, unless given express written consent of IDCN Network Pte. Ltd.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liabilities, Force Majeure.
- THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE COMPANY’S SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE.
- THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE AS TO THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT (A) THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, (B) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, (C) THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICE, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIALS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE COMPANY’S WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, (D) ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN THE WEBSITE WILL BE CORRECTED, OR (E) THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ALL CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON- INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED TO THE HIGHEST AND MAXIMUM EXTENT.
- YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE OR PRODUCTS REMAIN SOLELY AND ABSOLUTELY WITH YOU AND YOU SHALL HAVE NO RECOURSE WHATSOEVER TO THE COMPANY.
- THE SERVICE MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIMITATIONS, DELAYS, AND OTHER PROBLEMS INHERENT IN THE USE OF THE INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS INCLUDING THE DEVICE USED BY YOU BEING FAULTY, NOT CONNECTED, OUT OF RANGE, SWITCHED OFF OR NOT FUNCTIONING. THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS, DELIVERY FAILURES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM SUCH INTERNET DELAYS, AND/OR CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS.
- WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO YOUR PERSON OR LOSS OF LIFE OR PROPERTY OR DELAY OF YOUR JOURNEY FOR ANY REASON WHICH MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO AN ACT OF GOD INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NATURAL DISASTERS, TYPHOONS OR FLOOD, AN ACT OF WAR, CIVIL DISRUPTIONS OR STRIKES OR THE ANTICIPATION OF THE SAME, CRIMINAL ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD PARTIES, INDUSTRIAL ACTIONS, SEIZURE UNDER LEGAL PROCESS, NATIONAL OR LOCAL DISRUPTIONS TO AIR, GROUND OR WATER TRANSPORTATION NETWORKS OR BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION OR INFORMATION SYSTEMS.
8. Advertisements.
IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to display advertisements on its website and related services.
There may be links to third party websites that may be found all throughout the Company’s website. You are recommended to examine the privacy statements and/or terms of use of these websites.
9. Notice.
The Company may give notice by means of a general notice on the website or electronic mail to your email address in the records of the Company. Such notice shall be deemed to have been given 1 hour after sending (if sent by email). You may give notice to the Company (such notice shall be deemed given when received by the Company) by letter sent by courier or registered mail to the Company using the contact details as provided in the website.
10. Assignment.
This Agreement as constituted by the Terms of Use as modified from time to time may not be assigned by you without the prior written approval of the Company but may be assigned without your consent by the Company. Any purported assignment by you in violation of this section shall be void.
11. Severability.
In the event that any provision hereof is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Use shall remain valid and enforceable.
12. Waiver.
Failure of Company to exercise or enforce any of the provisions herein shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
13. Governing law.
This Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with, and governed in all respects by, the laws of Republic of Singapore without regard to conflicts of law principles.
14. Cancellation/Refund Policy.
Cancellations made within twenty-four hours (24) of the payment receipt will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after twenty-four (24) hours and up to seven (7) days of payment receipt shall receive a refund of fifty (50) % of the payment paid. All cancellation requests received after seven (7) days of payment receipt shall not receive a refund. ALL cancel requests must be made in writing, by email. Account deletion can be made by the appointed company representative at any time.
We, IDCN Network Pte. Ltd., are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We operate on the principle that your personal information belongs to you and only you can decide who you want to share it with and why. This is fundamental to the way we work and we are committed to providing a secure environment for you to store your personal information and share it with others when you want to.
IDCN Network Pte. Ltd., values the confidentiality of the information we collect from you. We are committed to protecting and respecting your personal data privacy and complying with Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
What information is collected
Personal information refers to any information, whether recorded in a material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual (Sec. 3(g) of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Singapore).
We may collect, process, store, and use personal or sensitive information to ensure effective service, such as but not limited to the following:
- basic information that directly ascertains the identity of an individual; this includes but is not limited to your name, address, contact information, email address, age, gender, date of birth, marital status, nationality, and organization you work for;
- legal and financial information;
- billing information such as cardholder name, credit card number, and expiry date;
- relevant information of spouse, guardian, or kin; and
- other information necessary to ensure effective delivery of our services.
Data are collected through various means including verbal, written, telephonic, or electronic forms. All information that has been provided from the first contact with IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. to the services provided and billing process becomes part of client data.
When do we collect your Personal Information
We may collect and record personally identifiable information when you voluntarily provide them to us when engaging our services.
If the personal information was provided by a minor or one who is not legally capable of entering into contractual transactions without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian shall be responsible in giving the consent required under this Data Privacy Policy and in correcting any information given or in informing us that the information should be disregarded or deleted.
If you provide us with personal information of other people in connection with the services we offer, you hereby represent that you have the authority to do so and have secured consent to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Data Privacy Policy.

The processing of your personal information in the third party’s sites is subject to their respective Data Privacy Policy. In no event will IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. be responsible for the information these third parties will collect and process, neither will IDCN Network Pte. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Singapore, you have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:
- to be informed if your personal data is being or has been processed;
- to object to the processing of your personal data or withdraw consent that may have been given for direct marketing, trainings, or research;

- to reasonable access, upon written request, to the contents of your personal data that was processed and the manner by which this was processed, as well as the sources from which this was obtained, the recipients, and reasons for disclosure;

Resource Fair Usage Policies
It is acknowledged that any single account is entitled to utilize the server resources, within reason, up to what is allotted or by what is physically available. If resources become scarce, IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. (“IDCN Network” or “Company”) reserves the right to limit users of the affected machine to a lower limit to preserve the effectiveness of the service for all users. This policy only applies to websites that are considered to be abusive in service, disk space or resource consumption and where it is evident that the fair-use of resources among customers has been breached, particularly in regards to disk space, bandwidth or CPU processing power utilization. Websites that are found to contain either/or no html documents, a large number of unlinked files are subject to warning, suspension or cancellation at the sole discretion of the Company.
If a Fair-Usage breach occurs, whose determination within reason is solely up to IDCN Network, the subscriber will be notified of any actions that the company may have to take.
In order to ensure a consistent and quality experience for all subscribers, the Company does place automated safeguards to protect against any one site growing too quickly and adversely impacting the system until the Company can evaluate said sites resource needs. The Company also reserves the right to limit processor time, bandwidth, or processes in cases where it is necessary to prevent negatively impacting other subscribers or users.
General Fair Usage
The Company will not be responsible for any damage your business may suffer by use of its network, system, or website. The Company disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
IDCN Network reserves the right to change any terms of this policy without prior notice.
- The Anti-Spam Policy applies to Services involving electronic messaging provided directly by IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. or “Company”) or indirectly through the Customer’s use of system or software provided for use by IDCN Network. By using our services customers/clients/users agree to comply with our Anti-Spam Policy.
- In the context of electronic messaging, “spam” also known as junk email means unsolicited commercial email messages, especially (but not only) bulk email messages. We have a zero-tolerance spam policy.
- A customer/client/user must not use our messaging facility or any of our other Services to store, copy, send, relay or distribute spam.
- A customer/client/user warrants through use of the Services that, in relation to any electronic message sent, the intended recipient has given the express or clearly implied permission to receive an electronic message including one containing the subject matter of the electronic message being sent.
- A customer/client/user agrees and warrants through use of the Services that they have taken all reasonable steps to obtain the express permission of the intended recipient and have their consent to receive an electronic message including one containing the subject matter of the electronic message being sent.
- A customer/client/user shall ensure that the routing and header information including the emails “From” and “To,” the originating domain name and email address are true and accurate.
- A customer/client/user shall not use subject lines that mislead the recipient about the contents or subject matter of the message.
- A customer/client/user shall provide a one-click unsubscribe option in all emails and refrain from sending emails to persons who have opted out or un-subscribed from our mailing list. The request to opt-out from the mailing list should be honored within 10 days from the date of request.
- A customer/client/user’s message must include a valid physical postal address. This can be a current street address or a registered post office box registered or a private mailbox registered with a commercial mail receiving agency established under Postal Service regulations.
- A customer/client/user’s message must include a clear and conspicuous explanation of how the recipient can opt out of getting email in the future. The notice must be crafted in a way that’s easy for an ordinary person to recognize, read, and understand. Creative use of type size, color, and location can improve clarity.
- IDCN Network’s messaging systems automatically scans all outgoing and incoming email messages, and will alert IDCN Network if a customer/client/user’s message appear to be spam.
- IDCN Network reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to inactivate a customer/client/user’s electronic account/s or terminate the Services without any refund to the customer/client/user if the latter continues to use lists that have been advised as constituting spam, or regularly sends spam using the Services. IDCN Network also reserves the right to take legal action against a customer/client/user whose spam directly or indirectly interferes, interrupts or frustrates with the services provided by the Company to other customer/client/user’s services.
- The Company reviews all imported email lists that are deemed to be large by IDCN Network and shall refuse or revoke permission for a customer/client/user to use those lists at its absolute discretion.
- IDCN Network may also report incoming email as spam. In addition, IDCN Network reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to blacklist a customer/client/user’s IP addresses and domain names.
- IDCN Network reserves the right to inactivate the customer/client/user’s electronic account/s or terminate the Services if the complaint rate for a customer/client/user’s electronic messaging is greater than the average rate of complaint for all customer/client/user of the Company.
- A customer/client/user agrees and acknowledges through use of the Services that no message filtering system is 100% accurate, and from time-to-time legitimate messages will be filtered out by IDCN Network’s systems.
- The Company does not guarantee or warrant that all electronic messages sent or received through the website, system, services, or network will be received by the intended recipient, and accepts no responsibility for the non-receipt of the electronic message by the intended recipient. If a customer/client/user believes that a legitimate message it has sent has been filtered out by the IDCN Network’s systems, please advise the message recipient by another means.
- A customer/client/user must take all reasonable steps to reduce the risk of a message being caught by the spam filters by implementing (without limitation) the following:
- (a) sending the message in plain text (instead of, or in addition to, HTML);
- (b) removing any message attachments;
- (c) avoiding the terminology and text styling typically used by spammers; and/or
- (d) ensuring a customer’s messages are scanned for malware before dispatch.
- A customer/client/user must include the following in any electronic messaging sent using the Services provided by the Company:
- (a) An opt-out mechanism that instantly removes the customer/client/user from a subscriber list and ensures that they do not receive another electronic message again. The mechanism must remain functional for at least 30 days after the original message was sent, must allow the unsubscribe message to be sent to whoever authorized the sending of the message, not necessarily any third party that sent it on their behalf, must be presented in a clear and conspicuous way, and be at low cost, or no cost, to the user.
- (b) The name and telephone contact details of the customer/client/user or sender (whichever is applicable).
- In the unlikely event that a customer/client/user receives any message from IDCN Network or sent using its system that may be considered to be spam, please contact the Company immediately. The company will then investigate the matter.
In order to provide a professional service, we, IDCN Network Pte. Ltd., have guidelines for the members and users of our website service. These guidelines are input to provide a safe, functional, and trusted environment for all our customers to publish their information on the World Wide Web.
Other competitors may not require their customers to comply with these guidelines. If any of our potential customers are unwilling or unable to comply with these guidelines, we will not be able to provide our services.
Use of our Service
Whether directly or indirectly using our services, constitutes your acceptance of these terms and your agreement to abide by them. IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. reserve the right to amend or adjust these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes we make.
You agree that you will only use our services in a manner consistent with this Acceptable Usage Policy (“AUP”) and that your failure to do so may result in suspension or discontinuation of our service(s).
Each member is fully responsible and accountable for the contents of their account. All repercussions will be borne solely by you.
Prohibited Uses
You may not publish/host any material that is grossly offensive, including, exploitation of children, blatant expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use or transmission of any data that is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property right without proper authorization and the transmission of any material that constitutes an illegal threat, violates export control laws.
Email Usage Policies
IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. does not support unsolicited email messages sent by users of our system (also known as junk email or spam). Users sending unsolicited email messages from our system will have all of their services temporarily suspended. They will then be contacted by IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. and informed of the suspension before having their services reinstated. A repeated offense may cause cancellation of service without refund of any fees (as may be applicable).
Fraudulent Activities
IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. prohibits utilizing dedicated services or network services for fraudulent activities. Participation in fraudulent activities is in direct violation of state and federal law and IDCN’s AUP.
Miscellaneous Prohibited Activities
IDCN Network prohibits customers and users from using IDCN Network for any prohibited activities, including, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Intentionally transmitting files containing a computer virus or corrupted data.
- If IDCN Network has specified bandwidth limitations for your user account, use of the services shall not be in excess of those limitations.
- Attempting to circumvent or alter the processes or procedures to measure time, bandwidth utilization, or other methods to document use of the services.
- Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
- Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
- Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this AUP, which includes the facilitation of the means to deliver unsolicited commercial e-mail.
- Any activity that disrupts, degrades, harms or threatens to harm the IDCN Network or its services.
- Any other inappropriate activity or abuse of the services (as determined by OA in its sole discretion), whether or not specifically listed in this AUP, may result in suspension or termination of the user’s access to or use of the services.
Vulnerability Monitoring and Testing
You may not attempt to probe, scan, penetrate or test the vulnerability of IDCN Network’s system, subsystem or network or to attempt to breach security or authentication measures, whether by passive or intrusive techniques, without IDCN Network’s express written consent.
Message Source
You may not obscure the source of your email in any manner, including by intentionally omitting, forging, or misrepresenting messages headers or return addresses.
Illegal Activities
Customers or users caught using our system for illegal activities, including but not limited to breaking into remote systems, credit card fraud, theft, vandalism, threats, or violence, will have their accounts immediately cancelled without refund of any fees.
Further Terms of Service
In no event will IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. be liable for any losses or damages arising out of the use of or inability to use its services or any content thereon. We take no liability in case of data loss. Users should always keep their own backups of important data.
A billing dispute of any kind does not exempt you from paying current and future bills. Billing disputes resolved in the customer’s favor will receive account credit for overpayment.
If any chargebacks occur on your account, we reserve the right to suspend your service without notice and will terminate your service if contact and payment has not been made within 3 days.
Right to Refuse Service
IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.
Complaints
IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend access. If IDCN Network receives complaints directly from Internet users, through Internet organizations and through other parties, we shall not be required to determine the validity of complaints received, or of information obtained from anti-spamming organizations, before taking action under this AUP. A complaint from the recipient of commercial e-mail, whether received directly, or through an anti-spamming organization, shall be evidence that the message was unsolicited. IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. has no obligation to forward the complaint to the customer or user, or to identify the complaining parties.
Suspension or Termination of Services
If customers or users engage in conduct or a pattern of conduct, including without limitation repeated violations by a user whereby correction of individual violations does not, in IDCN’s sole discretion, correct a pattern of the same or similar violations, while using the services that violates the AUP, or is otherwise illegal or improper, IDCN Network reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the services or the user’s access to the services. IDCN Network will generally attempt to notify the customer or user of any activity in violation of the AUP and request that the user cease such activity; however, in cases where the operation of IDCN’s Network is threatened or cases involving unsolicited commercial e-mail/spam, a pattern of violations, mail relaying, alteration of the customer’s or user’s source IP address information, denial of service attacks, illegal activities, suspected fraud in connection with the use of services, harassment or copyright infringement, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services or the user’s access to the services without notification.
In the event that IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. becomes aware that any such material may violate the terms of this AUP and/or expose Company to civil or criminal liability, IDCN Network reserves the right to block access to such material and suspend or terminate the access of any user creating, storing, copying, or communicating such material, including any user whom IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. becomes aware the customer or user has engaged in any of the foregoing activity multiple times.
IDCN Network Pte. Ltd. further does not make any promise, nor does IDCN Network have any obligation, to monitor or police activity occurring using the services and will have no liability to any party, including a customer and user, for any violation of the AUP.
Investigation and Enforcement
IDCN Network has the right, but is not obligated, to strictly enforce this AUP through self-help, active investigation, litigation and prosecution. IDCN Network shall not be obligated to monitor or exercise any editorial control over any material stored, copied, or communicated using the services or IDCN’s Network, but reserves the right to do so. In addition, IDCN Network may take any other appropriate action against the customer or a user for violations of the AUP, including repeated violations wherein correction of individual violations does not, in IDCN’s sole discretion, correct a pattern of the same or similar violations.
Company further reserves the right to conduct investigations into fraud, violations of the terms of this AUP or other laws or regulations, and to cooperate with legal authorities and third parties in the investigation of alleged wrongdoing, including disclosing the identity of the user that Company deems responsible for the wrongdoing.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Governing Law
This AUP is governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts within Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over and venue of any suit that relates to this AUP. You are responsible for ensuring that your conduct is at all times in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
No Waiver and Severability of Policy
Failure by IDCN Network to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this AUP will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice will act to modify any provision of this AUP. IDCN Network may assign its rights and duties under these terms to any party at any time without notice to you. If any provision of this AUP is found to be unenforceable or invalid, this AUP’s unaffected provisions will remain in effect.
